How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

What are your plushies made of?

I use fake furs, never real! The furs are acrylic or a rayon/acrylic blend. The ears, feet, and tails are made from felt. Most of the felts I use are recycled synthetic fibers, but a few are wool blends.

How do I clean one of these plushies?

I would recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. Don't put them in a dryer or use any sort of heat! It will damage the fur beyond repair, and it won't be as soft anymore.

​How can I order a custom plushie?

​How much do you charge for a custom plushie?

The price on a custom plushie depends on what your little fuzzy buddy looks like (colors, spots, rosettes, etc). Each little critter has different markings, so the prices will be different for each one.

Can I have/buy your pattern?

No, sorry, I don't give away or sell any of my patterns.

​Do you ship internationally?

Yes I do! It can take two weeks or longer for your order to arrive at its destination outside the US. This may sometimes take longer during the holidays. The buyer is responsible for any duties or fees incurred by their country's postal system.  If it says we do not ship to your country send a message and I'll figure out the shipping cost.

​Do the items in the photos with your plushies come with them?

No, they don't. They are just props to help give the plushies a sense of realism, and make the photos a little more fun.

​Do you do discounts for bulk orders?

No, I do not. I make each plushie by hand, and they take a certain amount of time and effort. Making ten plushies means ten times the amount of effort and time spent. Giving a discount would have me working much more for much less money.
